THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE
Increase your exercise in some way….
Maybe that means you exercise one more day in the week, maybe that means your run 5, 10 or 15 minutes longer than your usual plan. Maybe that means you increase your reps from 12 to 15, or do another set. Whatever it is, it can be as small as you want, but I challenge you to increase your exercise in SOME way.
What does that mean for me? It means that I'm GOING TO add one more day of exercise. Usually I exercise 3 days a week, next week I will do 4.

This is a great challenge Penny. I plan to increase my intensity. That will likely mean that I increase the resistance or the incline on the eliptical or treadmill.
