Michelle Wilson and Melinda Zabawa joined me for the Jump Rope for Heart yesterday, and yes....we're all sore. BUT we did have a lot of fun. And I was sure I didn't get the work out that I do when I run because it just didn't feel as intense (I should mention here that I spent a lot of time swinging the rope, as opposed to jumping because—well, you can guess why), but I'm not usually sore after I run but I am today so apparently it was a better work out than I expected. We "jumped rope" for 40 minutes, and rested in between. It was a good way to get your heart rate up, AND to see Michelle's mad rope jumping skills (she knew all the tricks!) Maybe this is something some of you could add to your work out for a little fun while breaking a sweat? Does anyone do this already?

Glad you all had fun. I would have had to bring my imaginary ropes ;-)
